REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

The certificate can be issued following ascertainment by the Scientific Committee of the authenticity of the work by filling out the relative request that will be sent by email to the applicant, who must deliver it in original copy upon collecting the work.
The request of the certificate of authenticity is not mandatory but it is at the discretion of the owner of the work. It should be noted that the archive registration number of the work appears only on the certificates of authenticity.

Costs for the certification:

€ 305.00 (VAT included) for drawings (everything that is not a brush painting technique on paper)

€ 549.00 (VAT included) for paintings (independently of the type of support or size), sculptures and ceramics (unique pieces)

Multiple works exceeding 1/9 edition are not authenticated.
Please note that in the event the certificate of authenticity has already been issued in the past, it is not possible to re-issue it a second time. DUPLICATES ARE NOT ISSUED.

The amount, as flat-rate recovery cost and in no way refundable, is to be considered as cost for the expert’s report and issuing of the certificate of authenticity. Payment must be made within and no later than 7 days from the notification of authenticity of the work and documented through presentation of the receipt of the bank transfer, to be sent via email to the address:

info@archivioscanavino.it.

The receipted invoice will be issued subsequently.
In lack of the above, the certificate of authenticity will not be issued.

We kindly ask collectors and professionals of the sector to send us the invoicing information immediately after making the bank transfer.

The certificate of authenticity will be issued within 60 days starting from the date of payment or sent through registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated on the invoice, unless otherwise communicated.
